A Letter to my Freshman Self
I know you can not sleep it is the night before your first day of High School. And to get even better your birthday is tomorrow. I don't want you to worry about where your classes are. Don't be afraid to ask. Yes, you are the underclassman but that phase will soon be over. To be honest people say you don't need to study and all the cool kids "don't care" about school. But rules you should follow are......
1. Take school serious
2. Actually study not just the night before
3. Ask questions don't be scared
4. Get enough sleep
Take school serious. If you just slack off everyday while everyone is graduating you FAIL. Life will get difficult at times. You need to push through it and get some help. I know people don't like asking for help but it truly does help you in the long run.
Study! You may not think it is helping or worth it, but it will help you get a better grade and you will actually know what to do. If you do not know how to study there are many teachers willing to give their input or strategy.
Ask questions. Never be scared to ask questions. Most times kids have the same questions as you. Teachers strive for the correct understanding for each kid. They like that you are interested in the subject even if you aren't interested.
Get enough sleep. If you get enough sleep it helps your performance in school. You will have energy and a better attitude. Also, there is a plus to getting enough sleep better grades! In fact, teenagers love sleep so why not go to bed at a decent time.
If you follow these rules for high school you should be fine. Keep in mind there are people to help you through these four years.

A Letter to my Future Self
Life is about happiness. I feel we should make other people happy but save some room for ourselves. We should have goals in life and try to achieve them. I want to hold on the family and friends. I want to be able to travel with my loved one with no financial problems in a few years. I want to have enough money in my IRA and retirement fund to retire earlier than most.
Also, I hope you are happy with your choice of a career. I just hope you are happy in general. Life is all about doing what you desire. I hope by this time you are married and have a great family of your own.
Always live by "Everything happens for a reason" and "Live life at the fullest"
